Back fit at the computer
The ‘Back fit at the computer’ programme offers a way to effectively combat the one-sided strain caused by office work. It requires a CD and minimum effort.
The ‘Back fit’ training programme was developed according to sports science and physiotherapy guidelines in conjunction with Charité. Alongside animated self-examinations, it includes exercises that can prevent and reduce shoulder and neck complaints for the long term. In addition, the CD contains a comprehensive ‘knowledge library’ covering typical pain symptoms in the shoulder and neck area, as well as questions on workplace ergonomics.
All employees of Humboldt-Universität can download the entire program here free of charge. The download is only possible via an internet connection from the HU network or a corresponding VPN access.
